This webinar will provide an introduction to management accounting. It is suitable for accountancy students and non-financial managers. It will include:

• The scope of management accounting
• Budgets, Budget Setting and Budgetary Controls
• Cost data and costing techniques
• Using management accounts in decision making

The presenter will be Adrian Waite who is a qualified CIPFA accountant and a former examiner in management accounting.

The webinar will start at 2.00pm and last for between 1½ and 2 hours.

Price: £40 plus VAT, total £48.

After the webinar attendees will be provided with a copy of the presentation used and a briefing paper.
