Important in-house training that considers how local authorities and housing associations can achieve efficiency and value for money in practice.


This course will include coverage on:

  • Value for Money and Efficiency in a Strategic context
  • The regulatory requirements
  • OJEU requirements
  • Examples of how Value for Money and Efficiency is being delivered in a range of housing organisations
  • Examples of how the most successful organisations have embedded value of money in their organisations and delivered staff commitment


Attendees should be able to identify potential ways of improving the efficency of providing services and also how these efficencies can be measured in terms of there value for money.

Anyone involved in needing to organise the delievery of improved services while remaining in budget and therefore achieving better Value for Money.

Our in-house training sessions are delivered at the client's premises or another venue arranged by the client.

All our in-house training sessions are tailored to the needs of the individual client. This includes using local data to illustrate the points and emphasising matters that are of interest locally.

Most of our in-house training sessions are for a day, but there are half-day and evening options available.
