This webinar considers current issues regarding self-financing in the housing revenue account and is fully up to date with all developments.

 

This webinar is designed for people who have some understanding of housing finance, but are not necessarily experts. It is suitable for housing accountants, councillors, housing managers, tenant representatives, finance staff and others who realise that an understanding of self-financing can place them at an advantage – especially when considering the financial opportunities and threats that exist for local authority housing!
