This webinar considers all aspects of preparing a business plan for a local authority housing service in the context of recent changes to government policy and including carrying out the strategic analysis and 'crunching the numbers'.
It is designed for people who are not experts in local authority housing finance. It is suitable for housing accountants, councillors, housing association board members, housing managers, tenant representatives, finance staff and others who either need to prepare a housing revenue account business plan or who need to understand one! The presenter will be Adrian Waite who has experience of producing housing revenue account business plans for many local authorities.
